Refund Policy How can I get a refund if I received an incorrect or damaged item? If an item is damaged or not received as ordered from the website, you can return it to us in the same condition you received it in and in its original packaging within 3 days after receiving the order.

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it. If a defect or damage is found, we will immediately begin the process of refunding your money in accordance with USA banking and consumer protection standards, including the amount you paid for the item and the amount paid for shipping and delivery.
